My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious and clean, offering a perfect city view at night. However, the connecting door made it less private, as I could hear noise from the next room. The service was exceptional with friendly and helpful staff, but lacking in news interpretation. The location was right in the middle of the city, close to a huge shopping mall and convenient for getting taxis. The dining experience was quite delicious, with a focus on Indonesian food but lacking variety. The facilities were great overall.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic overall. The rooms were very clean, quite spacious, and had lovely lightning in both the bedroom and the bathroom. The view from my room was good, and the food was awesome, especially the noodles. The staff, particularly Amel and Ali, were incredibly helpful and friendly. Although the room service was good, there is room for improvement. The security and bellman were welcoming, and Nita at the reception was exceptionally helpful.

I enjoyed the extra mineral water, coffee, and tea available with a great city view from my room at night. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although not too fluent in English. The location was really convenient, just a minute away from Tunjungan Plaza, which made it easy to access local products and the biggest mall in Surabaya. The dining experience was good with delicious food in a tidy restaurant. Overall, a comfortable and value-for-money stay.
